J-Tech Creations, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information entrusted to us by our customers, employees, business partners, and other individuals. As part of our Information Security Management System (ISMS), we manage privacy and information security risks to maintain the trust of our customers and the public.
Compliance with Applicable Laws
We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to the collection, use, protection, and disclosure of personal information, including applicable privacy and data security laws in the States of New York and New Jersey.
Purpose of Collection and Use
We collect personal information only for legitimate business purposes. Personal information will be used only for the purposes for which it was collected or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Protection of Personal Information
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, loss, or misuse.
Employee Awareness and Training
We provide ongoing privacy and information security training to our officers, employees, and other personnel who handle personal information. All personnel are expected to understand and comply with this Privacy Policy and our information security requirements.
Security Incident Response
We take reasonable measures to prevent privacy and information security incidents. If a security incident occurs, we will respond promptly, mitigate its impact, comply with applicable legal notification requirements, and implement corrective measures to help prevent recurrence.
Third-Party Service Providers
When we engage third-party service providers that process personal information on our behalf, we select providers that maintain appropriate security standards and require them to safeguard personal information through appropriate contractual and administrative controls.

We regularly review and improve our privacy and information security management practices to address changes in technology, business operations, legal requirements, and emerging risks.
Mobile Applications
This section describes how personal information is handled in the mobile applications published by J-Tech Creations, Inc. on the Apple App Store, including Zero4Racer PRO.
Information we collect. Our mobile applications do not collect personal information. We operate no servers for these applications, we do not require an account, and we do not use advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party software development kits that collect user data. No information is transmitted from the device to us.
Information stored on your device. Zero4Racer PRO stores your gameplay data locally on your device: the driver profile and name you choose, the cars and parts you own, your option settings, and your race records. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is not accessible to us.
Apple services you may choose to use.
- Game Center (optional). If you enable Game Center, your best time for the Class A / 400 m board is submitted to Apple's Game Center leaderboard. That leaderboard is hosted and operated by Apple, not by us. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
- Subscriptions and purchases. Optional subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple; we never receive or store your payment information. We receive only the entitlement status needed to unlock the purchased content on your device.
Retention and deletion. Because your data is stored only on your device, it is retained until you delete it. You can delete it at any time from within the app: Options → REMOVE RACE DATA clears your race records, and Options → REMOVE RACE & DRIVER DATA clears your race records together with your driver profile. Deleting the application from your device removes all of its stored data. As we hold no copy of this data, no request to us is required.
Children. Our mobile applications do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
