J-Tech Japan, Inc. protects its own information assets and those entrusted to us by our clients from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime. To maintain the trust placed in us by our clients and society, we promote information security throughout the company based on the following policy.

    Under the leadership of management, we strive to improve and enhance information security in an organized and continuous manner.
  2. Internal Structure
    We establish an organizational structure to maintain and improve information security, and define information security measures as formal internal rules.
  3. Employee Initiatives
    Our employees acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security and ensure that our information security initiatives are reliable and effective.
  4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
    We comply with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, and meet our clients' expectations.
  5. Response to Violations and Incidents
    In the event of any information security incident or violation of laws or contracts, we will respond appropriately and work to prevent recurrence.
