Tomohisa Takaoka
CTO, Director of Technology Strategy, Framework Architect

He oversees the technology team and technology selection, and develops Sekiban, an Event Sourcing and CQRS framework, as well as ResultBox, a Result library for C#.

He has extensive experience developing apps and enterprise systems, and has also authored and supervised iOS guidebooks. He focuses on anticipating client challenges, improving development team efficiency, and creating an environment where engineers can work comfortably.

Yoshihisa Hirose
Director, Head of Product Design, Agile Coach

He has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry and has been involved in nearly 50 projects in Japan and overseas.

His strengths are agile process, software architecture, product development, and management. He often works with clients from the consultation and launch stages of new products, while continuing to write code as an engineer. He also has experience writing technical books on Microsoft Azure and C#.

He values sincere communication with clients and works to maximize long-term value for everyone involved.

Shunsuke Endo
Senior Manager, Infrastructure and Systems Specialist, Systems Consultant

He has nearly 20 years of experience in the software industry. He began his career as a programmer and now mainly works in management and sales engineering.

His strengths are infrastructure design, DevOps construction, and system performance improvement. He also values dialogue within remote teams. He has experience writing technical books on Python and machine learning.

His children's future dream is to become engineers because it looks fun. To show them the reality, he is also committed to programming education.

Takashi Kawae
Manager, Solution Architect, Developer Advocate for Sekiban

As a full-stack engineer, he has experience across many areas of software development. He is strong in business analysis from a business perspective and architecture design that is not constrained by precedents or fixed ideas.

He is multilingual, speaks several foreign languages, and has developed a global way of thinking through many years of living overseas and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

He pursues flexible software engineering for the VUCA era, and currently promotes application development using our open-source software Sekiban and ResultBox.

Takeshi Terao
Manager, Marketing Manager

Drawing on experience in other industries, he currently works in system operations and maintenance while planning and coordinating marketing activities.

Through LSI and ASIC design development, embedded equipment design and support, and sales work at a department store, he has experienced how manufacturing cannot exist without relationships between people.

In marketing, he focuses on communicating information that helps us move forward together with the people we work with, and on creating empathy inside and outside the company by telling the story of J-Tech Japan.

Kazushi Sakamoto
Registered Information Security Specialist, Security and Systems Consultant

He began his IT engineering career developing business systems using mainframes and office computers. For more than 30 years, he has proposed and built IT solutions closely aligned with clients.

As a Registered Information Security Specialist, he works mainly on information security measures for small and medium-sized companies, and also plans internal information security initiatives.

To broaden the base of IT engineers, he launched the U-16 Programming Contest in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, in 2011. The contest has now expanded to 15 prefectures across Japan, including Tokyo and Osaka.
